I know that it's January and a few of you are still feeling the pain of seasonal debaucheries. But I am urging you to reach into your hearts (and wallets) and please support a very worthwhile charitable cause. On the 25th of April, I will be participating in the 26-mile London Marathon to benefit the National Autistic Society (NAS.)
The National Autistic Society is the UK's leading charity for people affected by Autism. Over half a million people in the UK have autism.
Despite this, autism is still relatively unknown and misunderstood. Which means that many of these people do not receive the level of help, support and understanding they need.
To make a donation towards my sponsorship goal of £2,000, please visit my fundraising page below:

I am also offering a free personalized signed copy of my first book, "Confessions of a City Girl" (Virgin Books), a Sunday Times Bestseller, to anyone who donates over £200 to the NAS.
Donations of any size, big or small, are greatly appreciated. Thank you all for your generosity!
All the best,
Barbara
